Bedroq provides a data analysis platform that processes real estate disclosures, documents, and related inputs to generate standardized risk assessments, including the Bedroq Score.

The Services are designed to assist users in interpreting complex information, but do not replace independent judgment, due diligence, or professional advice.

2. No Professional Advice

Bedroq does not provide real estate, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

All outputs, including the Bedroq Score, summaries, and insights, are provided for informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any property or transaction and for consulting appropriate licensed professionals before making decisions.

3. Independent Review Requirement

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Bedroq is a supplemental tool designed to assist in reviewing property disclosures
• You are responsible for reviewing all underlying documents in full
• You must not rely solely on the Bedroq Score or any generated output
• You are responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence
• You should consult qualified professionals, including real estate agents, attorneys, inspectors, or other advisors, prior to making any decision

Bedroq does not replace the need for independent review, judgment, or professional advice.

4. AI-Generated Outputs and Limitations

The Services use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate outputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to interpretation
• The Bedroq Score is a probabilistic model, not a guarantee, certification, or prediction of outcomes
• Results depend on the quality, completeness, and accuracy of input data
• The Services may not identify all risks, defects, or material issues

You agree not to rely on the Services as the sole basis for any decision.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Upload only documents you have the legal right to use
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services
• Use the Services to create competing products or datasets
• Upload unlawful, malicious, or infringing content

Bedroq does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of any data, documents, or disclosures provided to the Services.

All outputs are dependent on user-provided and third-party data.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant Bedroq a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

By using paid features, you agree that:

• Fees will be billed according to your selected plan
• Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe
• Usage-based charges (including processing, storage, or API usage) may apply
